An online scheduler will appear in that place. Your customers will never leave your webpage. These are your customers - we though you might like to keep them.

We never leave that page.

Our scheduler does everything within that one single <iframe>.

Of course, you can configure the scheduler to redirect customers to special web pages upon scheduling confirmation - or login portal (if you want) - but those would still be pages to your website.

Why this matters so much...

Almost every other online scheduling solution out there redirects your customers away to their site to handle to business of scheduling.
And almost always, that external site allows your customer access other similar businesses offering online scheduling.

That sucks!
If you do not have the exact date, time, employee, product, location combination available - rather than look for an alternative - the customer might check a different business?!? Oh that's not right!

You got the customer to your site - you were ready to offer alternative availability times - but you lost them because the company you are paying to do your online scheduling gave your customer away.

What is real time availability?

Your customers can only schedule when the person/employee...

1. Is scheduled to work at that location on that day and time.
2. Has indicated they can provide the requested service/product.
3. Has not scheduled a conflicting "Time Off".
4. And is not already scheduled for another appointment.

We take all of the following into consideration:

1. Does the product/service being scheduled require any "Lead In" or "Setup Time"?
2. Does the product/service being scheduled require any "Lead Out" or "Tear Down Time"?
3. Do your employees require a minimum amount of time after completing one session before they can be expected to begin another session?

Our system will only allow scheduling when it does not overlap into the Lead In/Lead Out time or Minimum Break time.

We even handle Same Day Real Time Availability!

1. Employees can opt in/out of Same Day Availability.
2. Employees specify "Same Day Lead Time" minimum time requirements.

Our system only shows availability on the same day, if the employee has enough lead time and is not already scheduled.
